Bourbon Whiskey, Mash Bill #2
Our bourbon whiskey mash bill #1 was our first bourbon. The mash bill is 80% corn and 20% rye sourced from a feed store in Woodford County, Kentucky. We age it in new, 25 gallon, #4 char, white oak barrels. The 25 gallon barrels accerate aging. Of course, they are aged in the heart of the Bluegrass. Ryed-bourbons such as this are spicey and are often used in cocktails such as the Manhattan, Old Fashion, and Whiskey Sour.
