Contract Services

We offer comprehensive services to meet all your distilling, barrel storage, and bottling needs.  

We are now accepting customers for contract distillation starting from 2024 and beyond. Our 36″ continuous column still is expected to be operational by the end of Q1 or the beginning of Q2 in 2024.

One of our core missions is to support small distilleries and non-distiller producers (NDPs) both domestic and international.

We use the highest quality ingredients and barrels. You can choose from one of our standard mash bills or provide your own. We have the capability to produce bourbon, rye whiskey, single malt, wheat whiskey, and other spirits using both GMO and non-GMO grain mash bills.

The majority of the barrels we use in our contract production are made from American white oak and come from long-standing family-owned cooperages. The staves used in these barrels are aged for 24-36 months before being crafted into 53-gallon whiskey barrels of wine grade. These wine grade whiskey barrels are pre-toasted and charred with wood.

Warehousing

We offer warehousing services to accommodate barrels from other distilleries or our own newly filled barrels. Our pricing for warehousing is based on the current market rate.

Contract Bottling and Private Labeling

We provide assistance with contract bottling and private labeling. When you are ready to package your spirit, we can help you source the appropriate packaging materials and handle the bottling process for you.
