Our Toasted Oak Bourbon is made from our Mash Bill #1— 75% yellow corn, 21% rye, 4% malted barley — and finished in lightly toasted white oak barrels for at least 21 days. The result is a light and peppery bourbon with butterscotch and spice aromas.
