Mash Bill Series: Our original mash bill, made with 75% yellow corn, 21% rye, and 4% malted barley. It has aromatic notes of butterscotch and spices with a peppery, spiced flavor. Barrel-aged for at least 3 years.

Our Toasted Oak Bourbon is made from our Mash Bill #1— 75% yellow corn, 21% rye, 4% malted barley — and finished in lightly toasted white oak barrels for at least 21 days. The result is a light and peppery bourbon with butterscotch and spice aromas.
